At SASH, we aim to deliver your order safely and quickly, no matter where you are.
- Shipping Within UAE
Delivery Time: Orders are delivered within 3–4 working days.
Express Shipping: Available within the UAE for an additional charge (as
applicable).
Free Shipping in UAE: We offer free shipping across the UAE on every order.
Cash on Delivery (COD): Available across UAE. COD charges may apply.
- International Shipping
Coverage: We ship internationally to most countries.
Shipping Time: Delivery timelines vary based on location.
Charges: International shipping is chargeable and calculated based on the destination,
weight, and order value. Charges will be visible at checkout.
Note: Any customs duties, taxes, or clearance fees are the responsibility of the customer.
- Order Tracking
You will receive tracking details via SMS or email once your order is dispatched.
You can also log in to your account or use the guest tracking link to monitor your
delivery.
- Failed Deliveries / Incorrect Addresses
Please ensure your delivery address is complete and accurate.
If the customer is unavailable at the time of delivery, a second attempt will be made.
After the second failed attempt, the item will be returned to our warehouse & the
order will be considered returned. A refund will be initiated after deducting a reverse
pickup charge of AED 10, and the order will be closed. The customer will need to
place a new order if they wish to repurchase.
