Return & Exchange Policy

At SASH, we want you to love what you receive. We offer a simple and transparent return and exchange process to ensure your experience with us is smooth and reassuring.

1. Free Returns & Exchanges (Within 3 Days)

We offer a free return or exchange within 3 days of delivery (UAE only) in the following cases:

  • Wrong item delivered
  • Item received with a significant defect (minor color variation due to photography is not considered a defect)
  • Courier tracking shows “delivered” but item not received — must be reported within 24 hours

Note: Defects or delivery issues must be reported within 24 hours of delivery to remain eligible for return/exchange.

2. Exchanges with Reverse Pickup (Within UAE, AED 10 Fee)

  • Items can be exchanged once only for a different size, color, or pattern
  • A reverse pickup charge of AED 10 applies
  • Items must be unused, unwashed, unworn, unaltered, undamaged, and free of odours/marks, with original tags and labels intact

3. Non-Returnable Items

  • Sale items
  • Bodysuits
  • Items accepted by the customer in unsealed or tampered packaging

Note: Customers are advised not to accept deliveries with damaged, unsealed, or tampered packaging. Acceptance of such items voids return eligibility.

4. Return / Exchange Process

  1. Submit a return/exchange request within 3 days of delivery via your account or guest return portal.
  2. Our courier partner will collect the item within 1–3 working days from your delivery address.
  3. Ensure the package is ready. One more pickup attempt will be made if missed. Post that, return shipping will be your responsibility.
  4. You’ll receive a tracking code once the courier collects the item. Only the item registered for return will be accepted.
  5. Returned items must meet condition requirements as listed above.
  6. Upon receipt, the item will be inspected at our warehouse.
  7. If the product fails the quality check or the defect claim is invalid, your return will be rejected. In such cases, the item will be shipped back to you, subject to an additional delivery charge. If you choose not to pay the return shipping fee, SASH will retain the product without issuing a refund in account wallet or credit voucher.

No compensation will be provided beyond account wallet or credit voucher refund where applicable.

5. Refunds & Store Credit

  • Refunds will be issued as credit voucher via email or credited to account wallet
  • Only product value will be refunded (excludes COD fee, shipping, reverse pickup charges, taxes)
  • A 10% restocking fee may apply in non-genuine cases or bulk returns
  • Final decision on refunds or exchanges rests with SASH management
  • Policy is subject to change without prior notice

6. International Returns

We currently do not offer exchanges for international orders. However, if you wish to return an item from outside the UAE:

  • You must ship the product to our UAE warehouse at your own cost
  • After inspection, you will receive a credit voucher or refund to your account wallet (product value only; excludes shipping, return courier charges, customs or taxes paid, and any other non-refundable fees, if applicable)
  • The order will be considered closed after refund; to order another item, please place a fresh order.
