Yes. Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive tracking details by SMS or email. You can
also track your order through your SASH account or the guest tracking portal.
If you're unavailable, a second delivery attempt will be made. If both attempts fail, the item
will be returned to our warehouse. A refund will be issued after deducting a reverse pickup
fee of AED 10. The order will be closed, and you will need to place a new order if you still
wish to purchase the item.
Yes, we ship globally. International shipping costs are based on your location and order
weight. Customs duties or taxes, if applicable, are to be borne by the customer.
Returns and exchanges are available only within the UAE. You must submit a request within
3 days of delivery. For international orders, returns must be arranged by the customer at their
cost. A credit voucher or account wallet refund will be issued after inspection.
