POLICIES:
SASH is committed to providing our customers with a seamless shopping experience. From our user-friendly website to our hassle-free returns policy, we want to make sure that every interaction with our brand is a positive one. SHIPPING:
We offer FREE delivery countrywide:
1. Your shipping address, city, state and pin code will be verified before shipping the product. If Your order cannot be delivered by Our delivery partners, We shall request You to provide Us with a different shipping address that can be serviced by Our delivery partners. If there is any dispute regarding the delivery of any order to the shipping address specified by You that is not covered by Our delivery partners, the Company shall not be held responsible for not delivering the products. If the order has already been paid for, the refund will be processed directly back to Your credit card, debit card or bank account or any other payment method used for the transaction. For Cash On Delivery orders, no refund shall be given as no payment has been collected by the Company.
2. Depending on the value of the order placed by You, the product(s) may have to be shipped in different batches or consignments, for which an intimation shall be sent to You.
3. Before processing, dispatching or delivering any product or service to You, the Company may request You to provide documents supporting Your identity. These documents may include, but are not limited to, an identification or residence proof issued by the Government of India, to establish the ownership of the instrument of payment used by You for the purchase of a product or service.
4. We usually get most orders delivered within 2 to 8 business days from the date of Order Acceptance. Business days exclude public holidays and Sundays.
5. Based on Your location, an estimate of delivery period is provided when completing the checkout process. The estimated days mentioned regarding dispatch and delivery times are for guidance only. The Website or the Company shall not be held liable to meet such estimated dispatch and delivery guidelines. In case of any delays in delivery of a product that occur because of reasons beyond Our control, We shall not be held responsible for the same.
6. Once an order has been shipped, an email will be sent to the email address provided on the order with your shipment’s tracking information. Customers are responsible for monitoring the delivery of their shipment once an order has left our warehouse.
7. Please note that once an order is placed it cannot be cancelled or changed. We cannot change the shipping address or the shipping method selected. As part of its E-Services, SASH offers delivery services for purchased items. Shipping will be done by a third party courier. Currently, SASH offers standard delivery within the UAE, charged at a flat fee of AED 50 per delivery. For all UAE deliveries, please allow 3 to 5 business days. For all deliveries outside the UAE, SASH will provide a bespoke shipping fee and estimated delivery period depending on the country and location. At the time of delivery, the registered customer must sign the delivery receipt and provide appropriate identification in order to receive the goods. Avoid any delivery delay by providing your full address along with your contact details. Multiple orders / purchases may result in multiple shipments, and subsequently multiple delivery fees.
Return-Refund-Exchange-Cancellation:
CANCELLATION POLICY:
1. After placing the order on the Website and receiving an intimation from Us that We have received Your order, You can cancel the order only if such order has been placed inadvertently and no later than 12 hours of receiving such intimation by sending an email to hey@sash-online.com with the caption “Cancellation”.
2. You can also try to cancel the order by clicking on 'CanceI' button if it is available on the Order Confirmation / Thank You page.
3. If the order was paid through any of the online modes of payment, the refund will be credited to You electronically to Your original mode of payment. For Cash On Delivery orders, no refund shall be given as no payment has been collected.
4. Please note that cancellation will only be allowed if the order has not been processed.
RETURN/ EXCHANGE POLICY:
You have 2 business days after receiving your order to decide if you want to keep or return your items. Please note that eligibility for return (“Return Eligibility:”) is mentioned for each product in a tab below the description on the Website. If no return eligibility is mentioned that would indicate that the product is not eligible for return. However, Items that do not reasonably match the description of the item as advertised, may be returned. Examples of where items may be returned include:
- if the wrong item or product was delivered to you;
- if the item or product is unreasonably defective (subject to the overriding nature of SASH's business and the proviso that all goods are sold "as is");
- If the courier tracking information for Your order shows the shipment(s) as delivered and You have not physically received the said shipment(s) or product(s) that You had ordered, You are required to inform Us at hey@sash-online.com within 48 hours of the time mentioned on the delivery scan provided in the courier tracking information.
1. To return or exchange any product(s) which are eligible for return, You are required to send an email to hey@sash-online.com with the caption “Return” or “Exchange” within 2 days from date of delivery of the product(s). You can also use our Returns Portal to search Your Order and submit the Return Request for an item that is eligible for return. Any request received after the period of 7 days from the date of delivery of the product shall not be entertained.
2. We shall acknowledge Your email / Return Request and try to arrange a pickup for the product(s) from Your address. Kindly note that at the time of pickup of the product from Your address, You will be asked to return the product to the pickup agent and You shall then receive a pickup confirmation SMS from Our courier partner (hereinafter referred to as “Return Receipt SMS”). You are required to keep the Return Receipt SMS for the product, which shall be the only conclusive proof of the product being returned. Should You return the product without receiving the Return Receipt SMS, the processing of return of the product or refund of the amount charged for it may be jeopardized and shall lie solely at the discretion of the Company. If We are not able to arrange the pickup for any reason from Your address, We shall communicate the same to You and it would then be Your responsibility to ensure that the product is dispatched back to Our warehouse within 2 days of receiving this communication.
3. In any of the aforesaid scenarios, please ensure that the product to be returned is packed well so that no damage is caused to the product in transit. All products being returned should be in new and unused condition (the product has not been used/worn/washed/damaged) and in their original packaging (including the internal packaging of the product), accompanied with intact product/price tag, the original labels, barcodes/ price tags and any other documents.
4. Once the return package is delivered to Our warehouse, the product will be checked thoroughly to ensure the authenticity and quality of the product. If the product has not been returned in the same condition as it was shipped, no return or exchange shall be processed and You shall be responsible for bearing the return delivery charges. If the returned product is acknowledged and accepted by Us confirming its authenticity and quality in writing to You, Your return or exchange will be processed within an appropriate time frame.
5. For most cases of returns or exchanges, there are no additional processing fees. However, please note that a restocking fee of 10% of the product value may be charged on certain returns or exchanges if We believe that the reason for the return or exchange is not genuine or if multiple items are being returned from an order.
6. Orders for which packaging is damaged, or seal broken should not be accepted. Any such consignment, if accepted, cannot be returned.
7. If You receive a product that has any defect or damage (not on account of Your actions), please inform Us at hey@sash-online.com within 48 hours of receipt of the product. Once the product is returned to Our warehouse, the damage will be assessed by Us and if We believe that the damage complaint is genuine, a replacement or refund or some other corrective measure may be offered by Us to address the issue. If the product can be repaired by Us without damaging the quality, it shall be repaired and returned back to You. If the damage or defect complaint is not genuine and the product is found to be in good working condition by Us, then all transport costs of the shipment (including for return of the product to Our warehouse and then subsequent delivery of the same product back to You) shall be borne by You, the customer. If the defect or damage has not been communicated to Us within 48 hours of receipt of the product(s), We shall not be held responsible for failure to provide a refund or replacement of the product, even though the period of 7 days to return the product has not expired.
8. If the quality of any product(s) or service procured by You though Our Website does not meet Your expectations, no further compensation will be given other than a refund or store credit, as the case may be, for such product or service.
9. Special sale items are non-returnable and are only eligible for exchange (Eg. End of season sale, Republic day sale, flat 40% offers, clearance sales)
REFUND POLICY:
1. Your refund will be processed within 2 business days of return acceptance email confirmation through same mode.
2. For returns, if the order was paid through any of the online modes of payment, the refund will be credited to You electronically to Your original mode of payment. Please allow 5 to 7 business days for the credit to appear in Your original mode of payment. In relation to any credit/debit card refunds, please allow 10 to 45 days for the refund to be processed by the issuing bank.
3. If the order was paid through Cash On Delivery (COD) method, We will issue a store credit (i.e. either a gift card or credit note, as the case may be).
4. In any case, the refund amount will be equivalent to the amount charged for the returned product, excluding any charges paid towards express shipping charges and after levying restocking fee, if imposed by Us. For most cases of returns or exchanges, there are no additional processing fees. However, please note that a restocking fee of 10% of the product value may be charged on certain returns or exchanges if We believe that the reason for the return or exchange is not genuine or if multiple items are being returned from an order.

These terms of use constitute a legally binding agreement (the "Terms of Use") between you and SASH Trading LLC and its affiliates ("SASH," "we," "us" or "our") governing your use of our website, mobile applications and other services or content available through the foregoing (collectively, the "E-Services"). You also agree to and accept our Privacy Policy, which describes how we use the information you provide SASH and is incorporated into these Terms of Use by reference. If you do not agree to be bound by these Terms of Use, you may not use or access the E-Services or purchase any of the offered products.
1. INTRODUCTION:
We may revise these Terms of Use from time to time, and will always post the most current version on our website. Such updates shall become effective on the date that they are posted onto the Website. Continued use of the E-Services, including purchasing products from us, will indicate your acknowledgement of such changes and agreement to be bound by the terms and conditions of such changes.

The Website acts as a platform to facilitate online purchases of products and services listed or featured on the Website. The products featured on the Website are sourced by the Company from the manufacturer/supplier and made available for purchase on the Website.
When making a purchase of any product or service through the Website, You shall take all responsibility for Your own actions in utilizing the products or services purchased by You. The Website and/or Company shall not be liable for any such action. You represent and confirm that You are of legal age to enter into a binding contract and are not a person barred from receiving services under the laws as applicable in UAE.
2. PERMISSION AND LICENSE TO USE WEBSITE:
By using the Website, you agree to the terms and conditions set forth by the Company. The Website's contents, including product information, graphics, data, webpage layout, icons, and audio/video clips, are owned by the Company and are protected under Indian copyright law. You may
use the Website to browse, purchase products or avail of the Company's services, provided that you do not reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, distribute, or exploit any part of the Website or its contents for commercial purposes without the Company's express written consent.
As the owner of the Website, SASH grants you a non-transferable, non-sublicensable, limited, revocable right and license to access and make use of the Website for your own exclusive benefit and solely for the purposes intended by the Website. The Website contains both public and restricted areas, and only registered members with issued user identification and passwords have a license to access the restricted areas. Your use of the Website and access to the Information is expressly conditioned upon your agreement that all such access and use shall be governed by the terms set forth herein.
The scope of your License right and use of the Website's facilities is determined by the membership level for which you have registered. If you intend to use the Website and Information contained therein for users other than yourself, you will require a separate License for each such user.
3. ACCOUNT REGISTRATION AND MEMBERSHIP:
To use our E-Services, you must register an account with SASH directly or through a third party service (TPS) like Amazon or Facebook. By enabling TPS access, you allow us to pass your login information to these providers and access any information stored in your TPS account. You are responsible for providing accurate, up-to-date information about yourself and maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password.
Additionally, our E-Services are intended for users over the age of 18. If you are not yet 18 years old, you are not authorized to use our E-Services or purchase from our website. You also represent and warrant that you have not previously been suspended or removed from our E-Services, and that you will not use alter egos or disguised identities while using our platform.
On the other hand, account creation and membership on our website are free for buyers. While browsing and purchasing products on our website is also free, we reserve the right to change our fee policy and introduce new services at our discretion. If you create multiple accounts, they will be terminated, and you must keep your account information confidential to avoid unauthorized usage. Providing incorrect or incomplete information may result in termination of your account and membership.
4. CONSENT TO RECEIVE COMMUNICATIONS:
By creating an account, you agree that you may receive communications from SASH, such as newsletters, promotions, special offers, and account reminders and updates.
5. RESTRICTED ACTIVITIES:
With respect to your use of the E-Services and Website, you agree that you will not:
1. impersonate any person or entity;
2. stalk, threaten, or otherwise harass any person;
3. violate any law, statute, rule, permit, ordinance or regulation;
4. interfere with or disrupt the E-Services;
5. post information through, or interact with, the E-Services in a manner which is false, inaccurate, misleading (directly or by omission or failure to update information), defamatory, libelous, abusive, obscene, profane, offensive, sexually oriented, threatening, harassing, or illegal;
6. use the E-Services in any way that infringes any third party's rights, including but not limited to: privacy rights, intellectual property rights, copyright, patent, trademark, trade secret or other proprietary rights or rights of publicity or privacy;
7. post, email or otherwise transmit any malicious code, files or programs designed to interrupt, damage, destroy or limit the functionality of any computer software or hardware or telecommunications equipment or surreptitiously intercept or expropriate any system, data or personal information;
8. "frame" or "mirror" any part of the E-Services, without our prior written authorization or use meta tags or code or other devices containing any reference to us in order to direct any person to any other web site for any purpose;
9. modify, adapt, translate, reverse engineer, decipher, decompile or otherwise disassemble any portion of the E-Services or any software used on or for the E-Services;
10. rent, lease, lend, sell, redistribute, license, sublicense or access to any portion of the E-Services;
11. use any robot, spider, site search/retrieval application, or other manual or automatic device or process to retrieve, index, scrape, "data mine", or in any way reproduce or circumvent the navigational structure or presentation of the E-Services or its contents;
12. link directly or indirectly to any other web sites;
13. transfer or sell your account, password and/or identification to any other party;
14. discriminate against or harass anyone on the basis of race, national origin, religion, gender, gender identity, physical or mental disability, medical condition, marital status, age or sexual orientation,
15. cause any third party to engage in the restricted activities above;
16. use the Website and E-Services for any unlawful purposes;
17. sell, resell, sublicense, distribute, transfer, copy, reproduce, publicly display, duplicate, or download (other than page caching), the Website or E-Services, or any part thereof;
18. collect information (including without limitation, any product listings, descriptions, photos, images, or prices), as listed on the Website or included in the E-Services;
19. adapt, modify and/or make any derivative modifications to the Website or the Information, or any part thereof;
20. download or copy any account and/or information from the Website or E-Services, or any part thereof, for the benefit of another person, entity, vendor and/or merchant;
21. use any meta tags or any other "hidden text" utilizing SASH name or trademarks or any third party's name or trademarks without the express written consent of SASH or the applicable third party.
22. publish and/or use unlawful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, libelous, vulgar, obscene, profane, indecent or otherwise objectionable, language, text, photos, graphics or howsoever otherwise publications, on the Website;
23. collude against another person in restraint of trade and competition;
24. create a hyperlink to the Website, or any page of the Website, without SASH's express written consent; or
25. imply affiliation with or endorsement or sponsorship by SASH, or cause confusion, mistake, or deception in connection therewith.
Furthermore, and without limitation to the above, under no circumstances will SASH provide any services to OFAC and sanctioned countries.
6. COMMUNICATIONS, COMMENTS, AND REVIEWS:
Through the use of E-Services, you can submit various forms of media content, written communications, comments, and reviews, as well as suggestions, ideas, questions, or other information, known as "Submissions." Your Submissions must comply with the Terms of Use, which prohibit violations of laws, infringement on intellectual property rights, and harm to others.
SASH and the Website have the right to monitor, review, and edit or remove any activity or content, but are not responsible for any content posted by you or third parties. Any Submissions you provide to SASH or the Website are non-confidential and become the sole property of SASH or the Website. SASH and the Website have the exclusive right to use and distribute your Submissions without compensation to you.
If SASH or the Website includes any of your content other than Submissions, known as "Your Content," you grant SASH or the Website a nonexclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, unlimited, irrevocable, fully assignable and sublicensable right and license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works, and distribute and display Your Content throughout the world on any media. You represent and warrant that you own or control all the rights to the content you post, that the content is accurate, and that its use does not violate this policy or harm any person or entity.
Any comment, review, or information that you submit to or post on the Website or provide to the Company will be treated as non-proprietary and non-confidential. The Company and/or the Website shall have an irrevocable, transferable, and royalty-free right to publish, use, copy, and distribute such content, which automatically becomes the sole and exclusive property of the Company.
If you post any comments or reviews on the Website, you grant the Company the right to use all information from that respective post. You should not use a false e-mail address or pretend to be someone else to post any comments or reviews on the Website. The Company, in its discretion, may edit, remove, or withdraw any post, reviews, or comments, for any reason, without any intimation to you.
By using the Website and submitting any Submissions, comments, or reviews, you consent to monitoring, use, and distribution by SASH and the Website.
7. ELECTRONIC COMMUNICATIONS:
When you use our E-Services, or send e-mails, text messages, and other communications from your desktop or mobile device to us, you are communicating with us electronically. You consent to receive communications from us electronically, such as emails, texts, mobile push notifications, or notices and messages on this site or through the other Services, and you can retain copies of these communications for your records. You agree that all agreements, notices, disclosures, and other communications that we provide to you electronically satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing.
8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS:
The E-Services and its content are protected by various intellectual property laws. You may not modify, copy, distribute, or create derivative works based on the E-Services or E-Service content without express authorization from SASH. Additionally, you may not use any data mining, robots, or similar methods to gather information from the E-Services. The technology underlying the E-Services is the property of SASH and may not be copied or reverse-engineered. All SASH product names, slogans, and the look and feel of the E-Services are the property of SASH and may not be imitated or used without prior written consent. Other company, product, and service names and logos may be trademarks or service marks of their respective owners and may not be used without permission.
9. PRODUCT DESCRIPTIONS, CONTENT & IMAGES:
At SASH, we make every effort to provide accurate and reliable product descriptions and content on our E-Services. However, we cannot guarantee that all content will be available at all times, and we reserve the right to remove any content, images, or material without prior notice. Please note that some images on our website, social media platforms, or newsletter may have been sourced from other suppliers or online sources, and we do not guarantee their accuracy.
We strive to display the colors and styles of our products as accurately as possible, but please be aware that your computer monitor may not display them accurately. If you receive a product from SASH that is not as described, you may return it within three business days in the same condition in which you received it, as outlined in Section 6 of our Terms & Conditions. Please keep in mind that all content on our website, social media platforms, newsletter, or any other media is for personal and informational purposes only and may not be used for any other purpose.
10. PRICING, PAYMENTS AND CASH ON DELIVERY:
At SASH, we strive to provide accurate and fair pricing information for all our products and services. We accept various payment methods, including VISA and Master Card, to facilitate transactions on our E-Services. Please note that you are responsible for paying all fees and taxes associated with our services, and we may use other collection mechanisms to collect fees owed in case of payment failure or past due accounts.
Although we aim to avoid pricing errors and typographical mistakes, they may occur, and we cannot confirm the price of an item until after you order it. If an item is listed at an incorrect price or contains incorrect information, we reserve the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for that item. Sales prices are quoted in United Arab Emirate Dirhams (AED) and include VAT.
To process payments online, we use a third-party payment processor, and payment processing is subject to the terms and conditions of the Payment Processor. If you choose to pay using online banking, UPI, mobile wallets, or other similar payment modes, please note that they have their own payment facilities/systems governed by their respective terms and conditions.
We also offer Cash on Delivery for some products, and payment in full (including shipping charges) is required upon delivery. Please verify the product upon receipt and return any delivered product(s) that do not match your order according to our Cancellation & Return Policy. We may temporarily disable this option without prior notice.
Please note that all product prices are as disclosed at the time of purchase and may change without notice. We advise all our customers to keep a copy of transaction records and SASH policies. We reserve the right to cancel any promotion, discount, coupon, or incentive before its originally stated expiration date, without notice and at our sole discretion, in accordance with applicable laws.
11. RELEASE AND INDEMNITY:
To the fullest extent allowed by law, you agree to defend and protect SASH and its affiliates, officers, directors, and employees (together, the "SASH Parties") from any claims arising from
(a) your misuse of E-Services;
(b) any submissions you make;
(c) your violation of these Terms of Use; and
(d) your violation of others' rights. You agree to notify SASH Parties of any third-party claims, help defend such claims, and pay related fees and expenses, including attorneys' fees. You further agree that the SASH Parties shall have control of the defense or settlement of any third party claims.
12. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY AND DISCLAIMER:
SASH provides E-Services on an "as is" and "as available" basis, and does not guarantee that they are free from viruses or other harmful components. SASH is not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of any E-Services or information. Similarly, the Company is not liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized use of Your personal information or Account. The Company does not guarantee the accuracy of information, content, material, or images on the Website, newsletter, or social media platforms. The Company is not responsible for any downtime or unavailability of the Website, and is not liable for any damage or loss of data resulting from downloads. If a product is missing, damaged, or defective upon arrival, please inform the Company within 48 hours of receipt. The Company's liability to You shall be limited to the refund of any payment made.
In case We take no action for Your breach of these terms and conditions, the same shall not constitute a waiver of Our rights. We will still be entitled to use Our rights and remedies for any subsequent breach of these terms and conditions.
13. PRIVACY:
We only use your personal information as described in our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree with our use of your information, don't use our E-Services.
By using the Website, you allow SASH to collect personally identifying information and other data about you. SASH may use your personal information for statistical, editorial, transactional, promotional, or marketing purposes, unless you tell us not to. If you register using a credit/debit card, SASH may use and provide your information to the card company.
14. GOVERNING LAW:
These Terms of Use, and any dispute or claim (including non-contractual disputes or claims) arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Emirate of Dubai and the federal laws of the United Arab Emirates, as applied in the Emirate of Dubai.
15. JURISDICTION:
Each party irrevocably agrees that the courts of the DIFC shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute or claim (including non-contractual disputes or claims) arising out of or in connection with these Terms of Use or its subject matter or formation.
16. TERMINATION AND CHANGES TO TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
By using the Services provided by SASH, you agree that SASH has the right to suspend or terminate your account or use of the Services at any time, with or without notice. If SASH suspects any fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity, the matter may be referred to the appropriate law enforcement authorities. Additionally, SASH may discontinue the E-Services or any part thereof, with or without notice. SASH may also terminate this agreement and the License rights immediately without notice for several reasons, including failure to pay, unauthorized access, transfer of rights granted under this agreement, failure to abide by the website's rules and regulations, or violation of the terms and conditions of the agreement. Upon termination, all rights granted to you will terminate and revert back to SASH.
Furthermore, SASH reserves the right to modify the terms and conditions of these Terms of Use, including changes in prices, rules for use, and discontinuance of functional aspects of the Website. The Company also reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to change, modify, add or remove portions of these Terms & Conditions, at any time and any or all of the content, products, features and services or change/charge any price for the product or charges for use of the services contained on the Website, at any time and in its sole discretion. The Company may add or modify any processes, procedures, or conditions of purchase at any time. The Company shall not be liable to You or to any third party for any changes, modification or discontinuation of any services.
SASH also reserves the right to modify, suspend, or restrict access to all or part of the services at any time without any prior written notice. Any such changes will become effective on the date it is notified as having become effective and/or on posting on the Website. It is your responsibility to check these Terms & Conditions periodically for changes, and we encourage you to review them whenever you visit the Website. If at any time you choose not to accept these Terms & Conditions, including following any such modifications hereto, then please do not use the Website.
17. GENERAL:
Clause 15 of the Terms and Conditions shall apply to these Terms of Use mutatis mutandis.
Order Acceptance:
By placing an order on our website, you are agreeing to purchase the product offered. We will notify you electronically or via any other method that we have received your order, and then proceed to process and dispatch it to you. For Cash on Delivery orders, we will contact you to confirm your order before dispatching the product. If we cannot process your order as Cash on Delivery, we will inform you. If your Cash on Delivery order is large, we may split the order and dispatch in multiple parts instead of dispatching all items together.
If the product you ordered is out of stock or cannot be shipped or delivered to you, we will contact you to provide necessary options. Refunds will be processed directly back to your payment method. No refund will be given for Cash on Delivery orders.
